Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has recently conducted two frequency spectrum auctions, allocating resources in the 2500-2600 MHz and 3700-3800 MHz ranges.

The 2600 MHz spectrum resources have been assigned to Viettel for a period of 15 years. Similarly, a license duration of 15 years for the 3500 MHz range was granted to VNPT-Vinaphone.

Remaining spectrum resources in both frequency ranges will be auctioned at a later point in time.
